Cleaning Brush

We burned a cleaning brush on our grill, is it safe to cook on?
It’s cleaned. The little plates over the flames below the burners are rusty, but it seems okay otherwise. It’s a gas grill.
You should be fine! If it were me I would start the grill leave it on high and burn off any left over oxidants that may still be there! Let it burn for 5 mins or so and you should be good to go!
